This micro-production Cabernet Sauvignon from our best barrels of the 2018 harvest is a very special limited release wine. The wine aged for an additional six months for a total of 18 months in barrel. Fall 2020 release. Available to pre-order.
CHARDONNAY
Single vineyard Chardonnay with notes of poached pear, yellow apple, lemon zest and white flowers. Silky smooth texture with long and pure finish. Aged 10 months in French oak. Small case production. 100% Chardonnay.
RED WINE BLEND
This is an elegant, dry wine with great balance, a sleek texture and plenty of black-cherry and dark plum flavors. Equal parts Zinfandel and Merlot plus a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend. Good acidity and moderate tannins give it some nice heft on the palate and there is little oak influence to take away from its fruit focus.
ROSÉ
Emerald Hare 2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with aromas of fresh cut strawberry, peach core and bright citrus fruits. On the palate, Meyer lemon and wild red berry flavors, rounded out with a crisp, clean, long mineral finish.
SAUVIGNON BLANC
This wine has classic rosemary and pine aromas and fresh, lively citrus flavors. Supportive acidity and a concentrated palate helps extend the finish. It’s all about savory flavors and a nice tart character.
